Participate
in the city’s efforts to gather input
The City often seeks input from stakeholders in the City’s future, like you!
You can provide this input through:
Community surveys on topics such as housing, transportation, and parks.
Focus groups and exploratory committees, which may offer stipends, daycare,
and/or refreshments to participants.Public hearings and other meetings. See Speak at Kirkland City Meetings.
Your Kirkland Neighborhood Association. These associations often provide input to the City on neighborhood planning in areas such as park improvements, land use, traffic, and sidewalk and roadway improvement projects.
Suggest ideas to the City via Our Kirkland Portal. It's not just for potholes! To suggest a project, large or small:
Visit Our Kirkland.
Click “Request for Service” (the big button with the “+” on the right).
Select a location, and then under “Type of Issue”, select “Suggest a Project”.
For ideas of larger projects, see the list of Capital Improvement Projects 2021-2026.
